Great to reduce eye fatigue
I’ve been using Healthier for a week now, configured for a 2 minutes break every 20 minutes.
The simple eye exercises are great to remind me to look away from the screen and fortify the eye muscles. Of course, frequent breaks sometimes come at the wrong moment, disturbing concentration, but you can easily skip a break.
After a week I can already feel an improvement in how tired I feel after a day long of work!
