Exactly What I needed
Read an article about improving productivity when working online for long periods of time that said you should time yourself and take short breaks after working for around 30 minutes or so, I decided to give it a shot but found it annoying to either keep track of the time or set up a timer every time but then I came across this APP which made my life much easier by doing this automatically, and the little health tips are cool too.
